Dr. Tiffany Brown, a native metro Atlantan, was born at Northside Hospital in March 23, 1979 to a mother who was a teacher and a father who was a minister. She received her Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College cum laude. Dr. Brown completed a Master's in Public Administration in Clark-Atlanta University magna cum laude. Dr. Brown graduated from Walden University with a doctorate in public policy and administration summa cum laude.

Dr. Tiffany Brown became the WEB DuBois Mellon Grant Recipient. Dr. Brown presented the grant report entitled "Queen Anne's Gate: A Case Study on Mixed Income Housing Development" at the 2003 Georgia Southeastern Conference of Public Administration (SECOPA), the 2004 Southeastern Conference of Public Administration, and the 2004 Pennsylvania American Political Association annual meetings. Dr. Brown was also a panel presenter at the National Forum of Black Public Administrators in 2003 on "Affirmation Action" and in 2004 on "Faith-Based Initiatives.”  Dr. Brown also authored an “Atlanta Smart Growth Report: A Plan for the Future. Dr. Brown took part in panel discussions sponsored by the Southern Political Association in January 2006 about political action committees and women’s involvement.


Dr. Tiffany Brown has extensive political training working for the Democratic Party of Georgia in 2000, the Democratic Grassroots Training program, Kennesaw State University Public Service Institute, Greater Home Builders Association and Emily List's campaign training. Dr. Brown has participated in community services projects such as the IRS Volunteer Program (VICA), Habitat for Humanity, and Hutchinson Elementary After School Program.


Dr. Tiffany Brown’s previous employers include the United States Government Accountability Office, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, Georgia Conservation Voters, Supreme Court of Georgia, Equifax, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Atlanta Bar Association. Presently, Dr. Brown is the owner of Your
Luminosity, a nonprofit social networking site, and Brown Vending, a snack vending service.


A self-described "avid health nut" and aspiring golfer, Dr. Brown encourages everyone to think and live a healthy lifestyle.


Dr. Tiffany Brown is an active member of
Cascade United Methodist Church where Rev Marvin Moss is the Senior Pastor and she is an Usher.
